Previous experience in construction, trades, or restoration industry

What You’ll Do:
Respond to water, fire, and mold losses (residential & commercial)
Load and unload equipment; set up containment and drying systems
Perform demolition, cleaning, and remediation work
Take moisture readings and adjust drying plans
Document everything—photos, notes, job logs—for insurance and billing
Explain job scope and next steps to customers
Collect signatures and assist with payment requests
Maintain equipment and job site safety
Train new techs as the team grows
Requirements:
One year in restoration, construction, or a skilled trade (preferred)
IICRC certs (WRT, ASD, etc.)
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Physically able to lift 75+ lbs and work in crawlspaces, attics, etc.
Comfortable using mobile job tracking apps or willing to learn
Professional, dependable, and motivated
