I can’t say enough great things about Reagan, Tim and their team. We had an absolute nightmare AC flooding situation and they definitely were a light in a dark situation. They came in, assessed the situation and got to work. Very thorough, Always timely, always communicating. Work was above and beyond and the outcome was a home we felt happy and safe to be in again. Highly recommend Minutemen.
I contacted Minutemen (formerly LowCo) about moisture/mold I discovered above my bathroom ceiling due to condensation caused by a bathroom exhaust fan. From day one, Tim (one of the owners) was excellent in communicating with me and helped get a plan of action together quickly. The work progressed quickly and efficiently and was coordinated well by Tim. Most impressively to me, when there were a few minor mistakes by subcontractors along the way, which happens, Tim has great integrity and took full accountability for them, and made sure they were corrected at his cost and that I was 100% happy with the result. It's hard to find contractors with that kind of conscientiousness, and that alone earns them my business. The price was more than fair and all work was completed to very high quality. I will definitely use them again if needed, although I hope I don't need to!
Reagan and team jumped into action quickly and made sure the repairs were done in a timely manner. We were glad we didn’t have to worry about coordinating multiple vendors and Minutemen ensured a smooth process overall.
We had significant water damage due to faulty washer connection on second floor due to improper hook-up by our movers. Minute Men were quick to respond on a Sunday! They coordinated and took care of all aspects of the demolition and repair work seamlessly! Reagan and Tim are very professional and extremely informative and responsive. We are very pleased and highly recommend them!

Took care of ceiling water damage and paint, good work overall
Recently had my water heater leak into my bedroom, I called the Lowco team as soon as it happened and they came to my house within 45 minutes to take care of the water damage. They were professional and they handled everything with my with insurance for me. Highly recommend this company if you’re in the Charleston area.
LowCo Resto was recommended to us, and boy what a great decision that turned out to be. One of the company owners (Tim and Reagan) was present during the entire three day job, which consisted of ceiling and laundry room sheetrock repair and painting. Their craftsmen were skilled and efficient, with a constant emphasis on cleanliness. We are highly pleased with the work. To meet our needs, the crew worked over the weekend, always arriving on time and never leaving until we checked off on the status of progress. LowCo Resto emphasizes customer satisfaction and quality work. We won't hesitate to contact them again.

I called LowCo Resto when my bathroom flooded from a bad leak, they pumped the water out and dried everything very quickly. They also rebuilt the damaged drywall and flooring - very happy with the work they did, it looks better than before the leak. Great customer service too! Highly recommend their service if you’re in Charleston area.
My place in Charleston flooded due to a water heater leak, Tim and Reagan showed up within the hour to cleanup the leak and fixed the area damaged by the water. Excellent communication, service, and overall job. 20/10
I had some mold in a couple vents in my bathrooms. I hired LowCo Restoration to clean up the mold and do a remodel on both bathrooms. Their bid was a little cheaper than many other companies and offered way more comprehensive services. Tim was amazing to work with and sent photos of the progress throughout the week. They have a team that really does it all, and I plan to use them for all my renovation and maintenance needs for all of my rental properties in the future. It’s so nice to finally find a company that you can give a problem to and they’ll find all the solutions.
These guys are great! Very prompt and all around good dudes. They were very quick to respond and reasonable. Would definitely use again and Lowco will be my only recommendation for anyone who needs water damage taken care of
I had the team address the issue of my upstairs laundry flooding into the garage. They responded quickly and were incredibly knowledgeable and efficient in resolving the problem. Their work was outstanding!
Reagan & Tim were both very experienced in assessing damage as well as helping during a flooding emergency we had in our home during the winter storm. Their positive and action- oriented attitudes helped us immensely as the path to fixing wasn’t as straight forward as we anticipated. They came each day willing to help as best they could and providing us recommendations on next steps and sub-contractors to help. During a very stressful time, they were a breath of fresh air and I appreciate their work ethic and kind demeanor. Highly recommend.

I recently hired lowco after I discovered a leak in my ceiling near my HVAC. We discovered mold in my attic and water damage in my ceiling from the system. If you have leaks coming from an HVAC like I did I highly recommend calling these guys. They got in and out right before the Thanksgiving, which I was very appreciative of. They estimated a very fair price and stuck to it, and frankly saved my Holliday as I had guests coming over. THESE GUYS ROCK!

I used lowco resto last week to fix water damage from a pipe in my bathroom and could not be more impressed. The guys worked quickly and were super professional. Great pricing, honest, efficient, walked us through every step of the dry out, demo, reconstruction, etc. processes. Would highly recommend.
These guys came in and just handle business. I was really nervous at first because I've been screwed over in the past by other water damage restoration companies but these are some down to earth guys who give you the hard honest facts with great resolutions for your mold problems. I highly recommend them to anybody who has mold or water damage problems and is scared about calling anyone else.
